Check in

We do not have a reception. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll tell you what to do on arrival.

• We can arrange check in for any time after 2pm (3pm in peak periods).
• Evening check-ins are no problem.
• When you book, please let us know if you are arriving after dark, so we can leave lights on for you.

Check out

Check out is later than many hotels or cottages: 11.00am.

Later check-outs can occasionally be arranged, in low season. Please understand, though, that we do have a cleaning schedule and generally need to have all cottages cleaned by 2pm.

Final payment

We deduct your final payment from your credit or debit card on the date of your entry. You do not need to meet us to do this. This means you are able to check in when it suits you.
